We want you to love every sip of your brew, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that due to the perishable nature of our coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags, but we will work with you to find a flavor you love.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support squad with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

    Pack Your Items

    Securely place your unopened coffee bags or unused merchandise in the original packaging to ensure they arrive back at the graveyard safely.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement flavor within 5-7 business days.
